Overlooking the famous Seaton Sluice Harbour, "the King's" enjoys a beautiful location on the Northumberland coast. We are proud to be a traditional pub - clean, tidy & warm - no SKY/BT Sports, no fruit machines, no Jukebox and no TV.
With, according to our customers, "some of the best toilets in the North East" we are worth a visit just to look out of the toilet windows alone!
Complete with a heated & sheltered rear garden customers are able to sit back, relax and enjoy a cosy atmosphere, real log fires and traditional home cooked food.
In the summer, you can enjoy the sun all day on our pleasant front grassed area whilst you take in the delightful views (all the way to the Cheviots)
of an area steeped in history and intrigue!

VACANCY
FULL TIME CHEF
We have a permanent vacancy for an experienced full-time chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a knowledge of cooking.
Availability to work weekends, public holidays and evenings is essential.
In return a minimum 40 hours a week contract will be available with competitive hourly pay rates above minimum wage (after a 3 month probation) for the successful candidate as well as pension contributions and holidays.
